It has been scary, upsetting, inconvenient, and disruptive all at once for so many of us. Thank goodness we humans have one another for support and friendship through it all. That is such a gift. We are in this together and together we will get through this as well.
Let us first send extra prayers to all people around the world who may be struggling with a coronavirus infection itself. We are so sorry that you must face this challenge. We ask the Holy Mother Father God and Loving Light of the Universe to surround you, above, below, front, back, side-to-side, and rain healing vibrations upon you without ceasing until you are fully restored to excellent health.
Let us also pray for all our scientists, health care workers, and support people who are working tirelessly to save others. We send our deepest gratitude and support for your devotion, courage, persistence, and generous love for humanity. We, your fellow humans, pray daily for your inspiration, safety, and health, as well as that of your family, and people whom you live with. Thank you for being our heroes. We owe a debt of gratitude to you that simply cannot be fully expressed.
It has been suggested that there is nothing that influences one more than the power of one’s own voice, and I have witnessed that to be true over and over again in my own life. We carry a magic wand in our words, whether we want to or not. It is hard for our limited ego to believe or accept that what we say has any power at all, and yet we can immediately recognize the correlation between what we claim with our own words and the experiences we have.
Unfortunately, we all experience hard times in our lives. Life hits us hard when we least expect it.
You may be facing a divorce. Your home may have been hit by a tornado, earthquake or some other force of nature. You might have been stricken with an illness that keeps you from working or operating in your day-to-day life. Or maybe, the people around you are breaking off or looking to change their relationship with you.
Change is an unstoppable force in all of our lives. Sometimes it hits us so hard and fast, it feels like our heads are constantly spinning. And when we’re not prepared for it, we feel victimized by forces that seem completely out of our hands.
So often, we get trapped in a relationship with ourselves that doesn’t reflect who we truly are. We build lives that may start off with good intentions, but after a while, we find ourselves drifting through life as someone we don’t even recognize. If you’ve ever taken a look at yourself and your life and asked “Who is this?” or “How did I get here?” or “How am I going to get out of this?” you probably know what I’m talking about.
Usually, when talking about relationships, we’re talking about something that happens between two people. However, the most important relationship we can have is internal—between our own authentic spirit and us.
The most important relationship we can have is internal…
Building a good relationship with your authentic spirit starts with a few questions: Does your life reflect who you really are, or who you want to be? Are you allowing your true self to show? If not, you might want to consider making some personal changes.
Manifesting means “intentionally creating what you want.” The most important thing about manifesting with ease is believing you can. Begin by recognizing and naming things already manifested: things in your life that you love. Acknowledge that you’ve already had successes in your life—you just need to learn to dial it in and be more consistent.
Manifesting with ease is believing you can.
Realize that, when you achieved that thing you love about your life, it all started with a simple desire. Everyone has desires, and everyone has the power to achieve those desires! Whether it was a job or a pair of shoes, at some point there was a desire that led to intention, and that intention led to success. See, you’ve done it before—you can do it again!
Meditation is one of the key tools in manifesting your desires and achieving success. It quiets other voices, fears, emotions, and even relaxes your body so that you can focus on the voices, emotions, and thoughts that will lead to your success.
A lot of people think meditation is a very rigorous assignment. They think you have to learn how to go into an altered state. They quickly become overwhelmed and discouraged. Rather than having this negative mindset, I tell people to consider meditation like taking a visit to sit on God’s lap. You don’t have to do anything hard! To meditate is to allow yourself to go back to your spirit and rest.
