Adjusting To The New Normal

Many of us are going through a super level of metamorphosis, trying to adjust to the new normal, that has become a way of life for us now. 

Slowly and steadily as the truth of our existing situation is settling in within us we are silently settling within. It is actually a subtle shift. We are learning to accept now the new normal we are living in. Over the years, the human mind has learned to be malleable in order to succeed. It knows how to adjust to its ever-changing circumstances and environment, so that it could be in a more productive phase constantly. 

NEW INFORMATION MEANS NEW BELIEFS
Slowly as we assimilate all the new information we have been provided with, we have been working on changing our own belief system, so that we can be at an amicable level of adjustment to the world around us.This is the only way we actually have of being viably productive, as we need to feel comfortable in all levels of functioning in society,  in order to feel like winners. We are winners if we are allowing a channelized flow of our energy in the right direction.

Stress like all other things in life is truly controlled by universal laws of attraction. Of course it is our own belief system, that puts them into motion. As you put your self in harmony with the universal laws, you will actually feel the shift in your own energy. Consciousness and awareness also shift.  Most important of course is the shift in your own experience. 

CHANGE OF PERCEPTION

As you change your perception to a happier zone, you actually shift your personal energy. The bottom line of successful manifestation is the intention to create Joy in your life.  Life is then a blissful adventure. The process of continuously flowing energies,  creates a domino effect in terms of manifestation.  Being happier shifts your energy. This also moves what you attract in life. This goes to prove that ongoing manifestation is a result of our desire to create ongoing happiness. 

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF

Question yourself, are you peaceful, joyous and happy by your own personal standards. Take a while to contemplate on your answer.  Be honest about it,  as your success hinges on your own answers.

Age is only a number, but if you are empowering it with energy fueled by a negative belief system you are painting a dangerous reality that could deliver exactly what you are most afraid of.

When you think about the word “old,” what images come to mind? Infirmity? Senility? Incontinence? Wrinkles? Chronic illness? Hip replacement? Impotence?

Just a few months ago, when I crossed the threshold of 60, something suspect started happening. For the first time in my life, I started obsessing about myself in terms of my age. And I’m still not entirely clear as to whether I was using it as a badge of courage or an excuse for incompetence.

“I’m 60; I need to get to bed earlier.”

“I’m 60; my clothes don’t fit like they used to.”

“I’m 60, I can’t remember my kids’ names.”

“I’m 60, there’s no way I can drive in a big city.”

“I’m 60, I’m too stiff and sore to have sex.”

None of these issues arrived beautifully wrapped in gift boxes on July 22nd. But this negative self-talk sure did.

Negatively thinking about aging can…you guessed it…actually make you feel older. It can impact your mental perception, your health, your happiness and the way you look.
