Learn to Stand in the Light of Wholeness

Learn to Stand in the Light of Wholeness - Guy Finley

Ask yourself: how many times have I won the object of my desire, only to find out that it wasn’t enough? How familiar do the following statements seem to you?

“This is the greatest thing that’s ever happened … but what if …”

         “I love you … but …”

“This moment is almost perfect … all it needs is …”

The Ultimate Guide to Manifesting Abundance!

colette9.6.21

When you look into your future and imagine the prosperous and abundant life of your dreams, what do you see?

Perhaps it’s wealth and financial freedom, a beautiful home and time for travel, a healthy and loving family and community, and meaningful work that fulfills you. When we think about the life and the future we desire, there’s a tendency to focus on these types of external and material things.

What many don’t realize is that what they truly want isn’t the thing itself, it’s the experience of having that thing they believe would give them.

The meaning of abundance is as unique to each individual as our soul’s path because true abundance means living and experiencing the things our soul most desires, within the blueprint of the life we have been given.

When you ask yourself, “What does abundance mean to me?” I want to invite you to look deeper than just the accomplishments, success, or material things that you think would make you feel abundant.

Instead, can you ask yourself things like what you want to feel in your life, who you want to serve, and what experience you want to have…

The answers to these questions will begin to lead you toward your unique definition of abundance. And only with this deeper clarity can you begin to manifest the full and meaningful life your heart craves.

If You Picture It, You Can Manifest It!

Picture it

Are you thinking about making some changes in your life? Maybe you’re planning to move to a new city, try a new career or pursue a new relationship?

Whatever it is you want to manifest in your life, here are two tips to get you started:

  1. Have a clear mental picture of what you want.
  2. Have a passionate desire to bring what you want into your life.

Remember: “The soul never thinks without a mental picture.”

When you have an image followed by the emotion of joy and excitement, as though what you desire is happening here and now, you open yourself to the universal energy – the Divine Source – that will assist you in fulfilling your aspiration or desire.

By visualizing what you truly desire and bringing in the positive, joyful emotions as if your goal is already happening, you stand a far better chance of your soul meeting your goal half way. If it’s for your highest good, and that of others – then you, your soul, and the Universe can all work as partners in your manifesting.

True Acceptance, Big Desire and Uncovering Your Wild, Right Life

beautiful-business-woman-squatting-next-to-the-table-picture-id635964812 Feed the desire for what you really want AND practice true acceptance of what is

I’m in the biz of helping people live their wildest dreams. I’m also a champion of discovering the wild genius of your current life. These two tracks must go hand in hand-- or else they can undermine you. After two decades of being in this field, I want to give you the best of the best of effective focus. So let’s talk about how to use the innate strategy of “big desire”—and that bad boy super power “true acceptance.” Together, big desire and true acceptance are an unbeatable dynamic mindset duo—guaranteed to take you into the one amazing life you’ve always wanted.

Why Desire is Everything

In my career coaching, I rarely listen to my clients’ “reasonable” desires. I’m a conjurer with a glittery heart. “What do you really want, like what’s too good to be true to want?” I ask. “Only the real dream has the power,” I remind them.

Real dreams have the power of Godzilla, extinguishing miniature ideas of “why things can’t work.” That’s why I hunt for purity. I know the crazy truth is your secret code. It’s holy. It’s mystical. It’s involuntary. And it makes you giggle. The truth is safer than the denial of truth. The truth will take you all the way.

Is desire useful on the spiritual path?

back-portrait-of-young-fit-and-healthy-attractive-woman-doing-love-picture-id980797902 Is desire useful on the spiritual path?

The desire to become enlightened is still you desiring something.

What happens is you start to touch places way beyond what you ever thought you were. Or you start to awaken, and it’s like the bliss is much more incredible, the understanding is more incredible, and so on, and the craving for it. It’s like a super crave and that desire is what is used to finish all the other desires. Then, near the end of that sequence, you’re left with only that desire, and you see that the desire for it is what’s keeping you from it. Then there’s the having to let go of the desire in order to become it, which is the final process of dying, really.

It’s dying in a psychological sense, because having that last desire is your final statement of who you are.

But the predicament is that who you are can’t go through the doorway. You can get right up to the door and you can knock, but you can’t go in. They say “it” can come in, but “you” can’t. That which desires to get through the door gets right up to the door, and then they say, “The desire’s gotta stay right out here. Sorry, leave your shoes outside, but you can come in.” At that point the desire falls away.

What Is Yours Will Not Go Past You

What Is Yours Will Not Go Past You What Is Yours Will Not Go Past You

I remember the first time I heard this statement 30 years ago, and, (as a newly minted magical thinking new ager) I took it to mean that I would “easily and effortlessly” manifest what I want. After all, if I desire something should I not be able to manifest it?

“What is truly yours will not be withheld from you”, and “If you can imagine it you can create it”, became two statements that have challenged me over the years to dive deep and find the courage to face what I didn’t want to face.

The fact is that life will not always give me exactly what I want in the form I insist upon, and that chasing anything to make it so will not yield the fruits of either statement no matter how much I try to manipulate it.

If something eludes you, chasing it will only lead to heartache, or boredom.

Mindfulness, Trust and Surrender

james-pesavento-mindfulness-trust-and-surrender

You have been conditioned to attempt to control life, to mold it into shape, to be the master of conditions and to be in charge of your life. So you are constantly trying to fix and change what is in order to assert control to create an outcome. This process arises from fear and lack of trust. You fear that if you lose control life will spin further out of control and all that you have built and struggled to create will disintegrate before your eyes. You fear the future because you have no trust or belief in the fact that life is looking out for you, unfolding and happening for you, for your evolution, for your expansion and for the expansion of your happiness and awakening.

You watch life and see that, when left alone, life falls apart. If you don’t take care of your house, it becomes shabby and derelict. If you don’t take care of your body, it becomes dirty and disease ridden. If you don’t put energy into your business, it goes into bankruptcy. So you assert control and, to some extent, it works.

But if you feel deeper into this idea of control you will see that it reaches beyond giving energy to something in order to make it thrive. It is true that if you give energy to something it will thrive and this is beneficial. It is the attachment to an outcome that creates the problems and suffering.

Are You Easy to Please?

My fabulous men, feel free to read this, but know that this message is intended for the ladies.
