Love comes in various shapes, forms, and varying degrees but it is an essential part of humanity. The greatest kind of love is not the love of yourself. Rather, it is the love towards your fellow humans, even for those you don’t know and that are not part of your family. It is often hard to love humanity when you see certain things people are capable of doing, but there are still billions of others who deserve love and kindness. If you would love to work on yourself and your love towards humanity and seek ways to show that, here are simple ways to do it.

I've Been Thinking...

I’ve found myself struggling to keep up with all that’s been going on lately. It seems like just when I read one breaking news piece, a hundred more come my way. Just when I answer 10 emails, 50 more seem to pop up in my inbox. The threads seem to grow longer and longer, and I find myself getting lost in them.

You matter more than you know.

You are here to feel. You are here to bring into completion everything that every human being before you that did not have the courage to resolve or complete. 

Your purpose on this planet is to embrace everything within you that needs to be embraced. By liberating your personal vibration and frequency, you become one less place in the world that perpetuates separation. The reason you are so sensitive, and so deeply empathic, is because you are here to feel, not just on behalf of yourself, but on behalf of a planet of people who have yet to remember who they really are. 

Your role here is to give up the need to understand what's happening and to just simply be available, to feel what there is to feel within you. Recognizing that every time you are feeling an emotion, you are setting humanity free. Every time you are thinking, you are setting humanity free. Every time you're examining a belief or a story, you are setting humanity free.

America was founded on the willingness of everyday people to stand up for what they believe and inspire others to do the same. It is the single, most breathtaking aspect of humanity that, in times of great turmoil and strife, simple individuals step up and become something awesome to behold—they become expressions of the Divine.

It is in this convergence of spiritual people becoming active and active people becoming spiritual that the hope of humanity now rests.

How can we cultivate a compassionate heart to find freedom?

We all know our humanity too well.

That is why we put the focus on recognizing the part of us that isn’t stuck in the human-ness. Not to deny our humanity, but rather to bring it into balance through a compassionate heart.

That’s what you offer another person. When I look at some of you, I know you have problems with addiction and sexual obsessions, problems with loneliness and problems with anger, diseases and frigidity. I see the whole sea of stuff and you tell me about it, and I see curriculum after curriculum.

I see a group of beautiful souls on earth, each having its own karmic work to do.
