In Unified Physics we are a part of a grand and Infinite Continuum from the very tiny to the extremely large with everything connected, indeed a Connected Universe proven now in the equations of Nassim Haramein. As human beings, we fall right in the middle of this Continuum as the center point of connection able to imprint and influence the entirety, yes entirety of the Universe. This above perhaps all other "superpowers" within us is the most mystical ,magical and auspicious with much responsibility.

A primary source of our suffering is the conditioning to create “bad other,” or “inferior other.” This same conditioning leads us to creating a bad self and turn on ourselves. These three talks explore how we subscribe to societal myths and beliefs that perpetuate this “bad othering,” and “bad selfing.” They then guide us in bringing a healing attention that can reveal the goodness that lives through all beings, and our innate connectedness. A core teaching is, “the boundary to who we include in our hearts is the boundary to our freedom.”

The Buddha taught that we live our lives on the tip of intention, it is the seed of our future. This talk explores the difference between “limbic” intentions driven by grasping or fear, and intentions that are the call of our awakening heart. You will learn how to identify and shift from a “limbic” to wise intention, and several different ways you can more readily and regularly access your deepest aspiration.

This talk explores the three archetypal refuges of truth, love and awareness. We look at the outer and inner aspects of each refuge, and then through guided reflections and a Refuge Ritual, deepen our commitment to the pathways that awaken our minds and free our hearts.

When I told a good friend recently that I had lost my connection to God and could feel nothing during meditation, he responded, “That’s wonderful.” A month or so later, when I told him that the house where my partner and I rent our apartment was for sale and we would probably have to move, he again said, “That’s wonderful.” In both instances, he was expressing the wider perspective that something greater often arises out of a seeming loss. That turned out to be absolutely true. In the first case, the emptiness I felt opened me to an even deeper and more expansive divine connection; I had to be swept clean in order to receive it. In the second case, that For Sale sign was indeed a “sign” that it was time for Anne and me to move, which is now becoming an exciting exploration of possibilities.

Many people have power points in their homes. These are usually places where they place their most important pictures, objects or memories. When you wish to formalize that power and create a space of expanded energy within your home, then it may be time to create an altar.

Your altar represents the highest intention for your life. You are creating a space in your home or office that represents a point of connection to your highest Self, your teacher, your God, to Nature, your family or your goal. It is an elevation or prioritization of an important aspect that you honor, worship or aspire to. So it is important that is represent you personally.

There are a core group of intentions that your altar can focus upon and connect you to.

Through all spiritual traditions, there is a valuing of silence and stillness. When the mind has quieted, it becomes possible to see into the truth of what we are. Yet quieting can turn into a battle with the process of the thinking mind. This talk explores practices that allow us to settle in a natural way, the presence which is silence itself, and the wisdom and love that flows freely when we live from that silence.

Altars are designed to create specific vibrational frequencies and to connect you to Universal energy. This might be embodied in an enlightened being, in nature or in an aspect of the Divine.

You may have only one or two choices as to where you place your altar, but there are specific locations that represent specific energies:

• North is abundance and contains the color green

• Northeast is benevolent relationships and contains the color yellow.

• East is perfect health and contains the color white. 

• Northwest is enlightenment and contains the color gold.

• South is career advancement and contains the color red.
