You’re so much more than all of the labels that have been spoken over you. Every label that you identify with inherently comes with its own set of limitations. Identification is the root cause of why we suffer. We take that label of being a ‘good spouse’, being a ‘good parent’, being a ‘good business owner’ and because we are identifying with this piece of programming or conditioning around it and what that means, we’re forever falling short.
At some point we remember on our journey of waking up, loving and accepting ourselves, that we are just pure consciousness. That we’re literally an infinite presence, here for a limited time, expressing and experiencing uniquely.
Have you heard the saying, “You are what you think”?
That simple statement is more true than you know!
Everyday you experience unconscious thoughts that sabotage your success…
Energy blocks that lay the groundwork for dis-ease… limit your capacity to access your authenticity, soul gifts, and joy.
Every day you are unconsciously reacting to these unconscious thoughts - these energy blocks.
They control your actions by keeping you
Lacking in confidence
Afraid to make the big decisions and take the next steps…
They steal your joy by reminding you of past mistakes, preventing you from forgiving yourself and others.
In this video, understand why it is important to raise your vibration sustainably at 01:01 and how you might be duping yourself in your attempt to do that at 01:42.
Hear about a pattern you might not realize is keeping you from healing or living your fullest life at: 04:25. And what to do instead by…”becoming radically interested in embracing every single part of you.” at 06:16
Discover why embracing all frequencies, including those you thought were “lower” energies, allows love to expand which leads to greater wholeness and healing at: 06:47 and how these same frequencies can anchor and support you to ground and heal because they are all just energies on one full spectrum of you as a whole, powerful being at: 07:20
You are a magnificent being. You have a light inside of you that is both dynamic and powerful. It’s time to finally have the courage to liberate this potential for all of the world to see and feel.
Many of you have been wondering during this time of coronavirus how to best utilize every gift and blessing that you have for the betterment of the world. The greater evolution or ascension happens through the radical and profound acceptance of yourself.
The more you end your resistance to your humanity, the more you realize that all of these things that you’re trying to bring about in your life naturally exist within you. We do this though relaxing into the parts of us that already is.
In this moment, an energy of CHANGE is rising on our planet. We are being called to look at ourselves and the world at large, and ask not only which overt sentiments and societal structures or institutions need to change, but also to look clearly at our own lives and ask:
What is it that’s driving me in a habitual, unconscious kind of way?
Our habits are patterns of energy that run through our system and affect our lives, whether we are aware of them or not. In looking at our lives, we all have certain habits we would like to actively or consciously change. We can also see the outcome of existing habits that have subconsciously collected over time.
We recognize both these manifestations of habits in our lives. Sometimes they’re easy to change… and sometimes not.
“Harmony is authenticity. It is the essential nature of everything.”
When you feel dissonance, that is an invitation to return to harmony. Dissonance is a vibrational experience that is egoically based. Harmony and peace are vibrational experiences that exist on the level of the soul. When you are at peace, you are aligned with the soul. Everything else is ego.
Your Essential Self, pure Being, is what harmonizes life. It is the foundation that stabilizes everything else. It is always there, but so often obscured and forgotten. When it’s consciously present, consciously remembered and experienced, then you have restored wholeness and connection.
Harmony arises when you reconnect with, remember, and realize the bigger part of you that was forgotten and hidden. This is the ultimate alignment: the role with the Essential Self. This is the restoration of oneness. You are more than your thoughts and feelings and body. You are more than your created self. You are universal consciousness.
“Your heart is also what allows you to embrace the deepest, darkest parts of your created self and bring them into resolution.”
The result of acceptance and vibrational transformation is not that you become a doormat. It is not an excuse to do nothing about your situation, whether it is an abusive relationship, a job that is unsupportive, or a dear family member who is taking advantage of your good heart and pocket book. Quite the opposite, vibrational transformation sets the stage for empowered, inspired, dynamic action.
These deepest, darkest parts of yourself are usually found cloaked in the guises of your sub-personalities. Sub-personalities are egoic adaptations that help you navigate the world—coping mechanisms that protect you from feeling your perceived lack of worth and lovability.

When people seek personal change in their lives, they often don’t get very far. Even in this day when online advice is bewilderingly abundant and self-improvement books are at our fingertips, change eludes us. One way to remedy this is to start from the ground up. Normally, we feel compelled to start where we are right now, and that’s a tremendous problem.
No matter how different people are, each of us woke up this morning to the same situation. We are constantly involved in thinking, feeling, and doing. No one starts this activity afresh. Instead, we are heavily invested in habits, beliefs, opinions, hopes, dreams, and fears collected from the past. So our thinking, feeling, and doing is entangled with the past even when we want something new, better, fresh, and different.
You can’t always use will power or desire to cut the ties that bind you to the past, but you can do something that will lessen the influence of the past: You can start to see yourself clearly. With that one intention, you are starting from the ground up, because seeing yourself clearly happens here and now. You detach yourself from your story, which is the accumulation of your past. You take a fresh look at what is generating all this thinking, feeling, and doing. The process has to have an origin, a source, a wellspring that sets the active mind going every minute of the day.
Normally, if we try to see ourselves clearly, we are actually looking through a lens. We filter and arrange our experiences. Some experiences we reject, ignore, judge against, or censor. Other experiences we encourage, value, appreciate, and allow to enter our minds. The lens you choose is critical, yet people often don’t realize they have a choice. It doesn’t strike them in the first place that they see themselves—and everything around them—through a lens.
The lens you see through can also be called your mindset, worldview, or simply your state of awareness. Your perspective, on life, family, relationships, work stem from it. Things become confusing because we are caught up in the conflicting stories, explanations, and belief systems that everyone gets exposed to. This confusion can be sorted out once you start to see yourself clearly. Cutting through all the clutter, you discover that you actually know what’s going on. Deep inside, you are fully aware already.
“Life will always bring you the circumstances you need in order to move into your highest expression. Your job is to run toward the experience.”
If you’ve attempted to effect change by trying to control your mind, only to wind up tired and frustrated, you are not alone. Creating change solely through mental techniques is impossible. It is like treating only the surface of an open wound when the infection is deep inside. It’s only when you address the underlying energy holding these thoughts and beliefs in place that you can effectively create transformation.
Vibrational transformation is a powerful internal process that addresses embedded, unresolved vibrations—dense emotional content and conditioning—and changes them from a dissonant vibration into a harmonious vibration through the conscious acceptance of the root cause of the unconscious dissonance.
“Intuition is a sacred gift, the rational mind its faithful servant. Sadly we have thrown away the gift and have become enslaved to the servant.” ~Albert Einstein
In Inner Bonding, we often talk about who is in charge—your wounded self or your guidance? Most people are enslaved by the thoughts and beliefs of their wounded self—their programmed mind. But the mind is meant to be the servant of our inner and higher guidance, not the master. Why do we too often throw away the gift of intuition – of our inner knowing?
Imagine living in a society where people trusted their intuition—trusted their feelings and their higher guidance. Could people in this society be easily controlled by government, religions, or the media? Obviously not, because when you trust your own inner knowing, you are not vulnerable to others’ manipulations and lies.
I was thinking that adversity is an organic phenomenon of nature that exists solely to increase our vibration. It doesn’t much matter where it appears to have come from, who or what generated it, but like a blade of grass growing up through the pavement, we push through under the pressure or the forces that may be trying to squash us but alas for them, it is only serving to increase our vibration. It is biology. It is chemistry.
When you apply mechanical pressure to a crystal, it generates an EM field. As the pressure is increased on us with our seclusion, the crystalline beings of Pure Diamond Light we are, rise in vibration to meet the Christ Light within us. Coal turns into diamonds! It’s geology. We are made of minerals and they are transforming into Crystal Light!
If you were on your death bed, what would be important to you v.s everyday importance? Does the definition of importance change when you shift the context? What if we lived ‘death bed importance’ every day of our lives? Who would we be then and what actions would we take?
Importance, what we value most is uniquely individual. I like to base my importance first on what is real. Some say reality doesn’t exist, that there is no reality. That reality is a useful lie we tell ourselves and one another in order to organize and get things done and that in truth, reality is subjective, a perception, a point of view.
But for me, reality is the Infinite, is the Absolute, is the Original Creation of love by the Light that is, was and ever will be. This ‘reality’ of Oneness comes intact with certain rules, or laws that seem to govern the All Life: immutable laws of the universe.
It dawned on me early on knowing this, that I had a choice: to either do my best to study, live by/with/as those governing principles or deny them and try to negotiate with them at every turn! (Not a good strategy!)
“Often, the precursor to spiritual awakening is some crisis, something that cuts through the thick layers of illusion of the ego.“
Grace powers revelation. Grace is the sacred energy that creates expansion and the possibility of recognition of your Essential Self. There is grace in every situation. It shows up in countless forms. Whether you are standing in line at a movie theater, dealing with your crying baby, mourning the death of a loved one, or in the midst of the inevitable highs and lows of marriage or divorce, the power to reveal the Essential Self is always present.
Often, the precursor to spiritual awakening is some crisis, something that cuts through the thick layers of illusion of the ego. Someone leaves you. You contract a serious illness. You have a falling-out with your closest friend. You deal with an addiction. You lose money.
As I now awake to the melodious sound of happy birds instead of rushing people, to the Earth taking a deep breath, the Sun rising up on a new changing planet, I am in gratitude. We have all known that the pace and the impact of humanity without connection consciousness, without care to all beings or one another had to cease somehow. Little did we envision it would come in the form of a tiny particle. Yes there is tremendous hardship and for that my heart goes out. As we deepen together and awaken to the always connected universe, we are transitioning in force and unprecedented collective from normal to natural, from adrenaline-based stress-based living to a true sense of the underlying connection, love and universality based in the heart, our portal of oneness, of love at its highest singularity. We have the opportunity now more than ever to step out of normal which was devastating the planet into a more natural connected, radically inclusive, resonant relationship with our world, all of Creation and the Cosmos.
Some call our current situation a pandemic.
I call this era in history “The Great Calm”
The “Great Depression” in the 1930’s sparked a wave of fear and scarcity.
The “Great Calm” happening now is a wave of Peace. A worldwide harmony, far beyond anything ever experienced.
My contribution to the Great Calm is the Harmony Refresh.
A Heartful Harmony Refresh is a simple skill with three easy steps,
• feel your physical heartbeat
• be aware of your breath
• relax your body and settle into calm
As the world slows down and stops to pause, we will be able to amplify our personal experience of Harmony, reduce fear and increase calm in the world!
In our inner work to awaken and realize ourselves, we must begin where we begin, and put away any other concerns about where that beginning is. It’s enough just to make a start, wherever that may be. What difference does it make at what point you enter into a great river? Sooner or later, all of its waters reach and pour into the sea.
Never let discouragement have the final word, and one day there will be nothing left to discuss. Besides, you can have just as many new beginnings as you’re willing to leave behind all of your ideas about yourself. Nothing in this world, or in any other, can stop you from discovering your original, free being. This has always been your destiny, as Walt Whitman confirms: “The central urge in every atom, to return to its divine source and origin.”
Following are 10 secret ways higher self-studies help you succeed in life:
When it comes to creating the work you love, it's all about learning to cultivate faith. I'd say having faith in your journey is more important than brushing your teeth. Then again, I do much of my work on the phone. "But how do I have faith when things don't work out?" my clients ask. "Where does Spirit go, when I'm freaking out?" I have a gazillion answers. But this month I want to tell you about a miracle I had years ago. I'm hoping it will nourish you and help you become the unstoppable agent of love that you are meant to be.
Do you ever feel insecure or unsure of yourself? Have you ever hesitated to share in a discussion even though you knew the answer? Have you lacked confidence in moments when you knew you could make a difference in the lives of people around you, yet you remain silent? You feel like you know you could say something that would turn someone’s life around, and yet it doesn’t come out of your mouth?
If that is happening with you, there’s a reason.
In these moments of hesitation or withholding, your energy is dispersed out of your deep, core wisdom, and instead, you are most-likely in your head and over-thinking things. Overthinking pulls you out of your core power and strength, and can result in feeling insecure, insufficient, and create a tendency to compare yourself to everything around you.
Most people have mixed feelings about how their lives are going, which seems inevitable. Taking the bitter with the sweet is an old saying dating back to the 13th century, but it expresses a universal experience. In the face of life’s mixed blessings, however, there runs a deep yearning for transformation. It is expressed through visons of heaven where eternal bliss is gained, in romantic literature where a perfect life is attained here on earth, and in utopian visions of every kind, including worldwide myths of a lost Eden or a Golden Age.
Is this yearning for transformation mere wish fulfillment, like dreaming of what you’d do if you won the lottery? If you are totally pragmatic, the answer is yes, and having abandoned such fantasies you can productively direct your energies to becoming better off by inches and degrees. Even then, modest goals aren’t always achievable. We settle for half a loaf, or less, because common sense tells us to.
But I think the issue runs deeper than pragmatism. In my new book Metahuman: Unleashing Your Infinite Potential, I propose that the desire for transformation is not only realistic but totally necessary. Transformation is like the total change of state when two invisible combustible gases, oxygen and hydrogen, combine to form a liquid, water, that puts out fires. The essential nature of the two gases give no hint that they could be transformed so completely. But that is what transformation means, as opposed to gradual stepwise change.
Social activism and making a constructive difference in the world were focal points in the Los Angeles household of my childhood. My parents’ generosity of heart and community values were strong influences on me and my two brothers. Their example contributed to my involvement in anti-Vietnam protests during high school, boycotting businesses that paid unfair wages to people of color, and my membership in the Black Worker’s Congress and the establishment of the Harriet Tubman Prison Committee in college. I enthusiastically participated in these and other socially acceptable activities of the ’60s and ’70s. I was known to be an agnostic, so my unorthodox spiritual opening came as much of a surprise to my family and friends as it did to me.
In the early 1970s I was a student at the University of Southern California, majoring in psychobiology, a time when smoking marijuana was, well, the norm. What I was learning in classes about mental illness caused me to wonder if echoes of some childhood experiences wherein I experienced visions were pathological. I cut back on the marijuana, hoping the visions and voices would stop. Instead, they only intensified.
