Everything is moving us to optimize our experience in being a human being.
Optimizing our experience means you have to get in touch with what you need to figure out inside of you, getting in touch with what resonates with you and with what no longer resonates with you. For example, you don’t have to accept every invitation and go to everything everybody else is doing when you already know it’s not going to be in harmony with you, and you know it’s not aligned with who you really are. You know on a soul level that you are wasting time. For every moment, come into the acceptance of the moment. Our ancestors knew full well how to navigate our reality.
We’ve complicated self-care and it doesn’t have to be complicated. You basically need to sweat, you need to hydrate, and you need to move to whatever degree you can. You need to provide yourself the fuel and support yourself in strengthening your foundation. There’s freedom in this.
As you begin to optimize your experience, your attention and your awareness is best served on you! Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing. Focus on the long haul. As human beings, when we are focused on survival, we are too short term focused. When you start to realize you are playing the long game, then how you operate in the world begins to fundamentally shift. Experiment with your own body and your own intuition. Align with your own sovereignty. As we begin to evolve, the way in which we operate in the world evolves along with us.
We’re here for 120 years. How do we make the most of our experience and begin to support ourselves? Everything that you interact with in the material plane, diminishes your energy. Everything that you interface with in the material manifest world diminishes your energy because everything on this planet is a lower vibration than you. This is why our ancestors knew that fasting, taking a break from things, and moderation was important.
